🌷 From today 15/3 the wallpaper I made for @bor

🌷 From today 15/3 the wallpaper I made for @borastapeter is available at their website! The wallpaper is available in three different color ways and here is my favourite.

I started to draw this pattern in 2020 but quickly felt that this would be a pattern for a wallpaper if I someday would be able to do wallpaper. So it has been laying in my drawer waiting for the right time to come alive!

One of the inspirations to this pattern are old children's book illustrations, such as those by writer and artist Elsa Beskow. I also added a textile texture to the paper just to get that extra soft look.

So happy to have teamed up with @borastapeter to make one of my prints into wallpaper! Here in the background are some early sketches, effects and experiments with different color ways. The wallpaper will be launched 15/3, looking forward to show the final result! #boråstapeterstudio
