Can I order a poster in a different size?
No worries! If you want posters in a different size than those found in the shop, just send me an email, email@example.com
What paper are you printing on?
All posters are printed on 170gr Galleri Art Mat, an environmentally friendly paper.
Shipping & Payment
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept payment with Paypal, Klarna Checkout & Stripe All well known and secure payment methods.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We pack & ship your orders on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays which means if you place your order on Monday it will be packed and shipped on Wednesday, and if you place your order on Wednesday it will be packed and shipped from us the following Friday.

Sweden: 1-2 days
Other countries: 3-7 days (depending on shipping zone)

What are the shipping costs?
Artworks and prints
Sweden: 45 SEK
Other countries: 60-260 SEK depending on which shipping zone you are situated in. Exact shipping cost will be displayed in the checkout.
Sweden: 10 SEK
Other countries: 25 SEK
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Artworks and prints are all sent with DHL.
Sweden are sent with DHL Service Point.
Scandinavia, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium & Poland are sent with DHL Parcel Connect.
Packages for the rest of the world are sent with DHL EXPRESS.
Orders and Returns
How do I know that my order went through?
You will get an order confirmation to your email if the order went through.
A second email will be sent to you when the order is shipped.
All orders containing Artworks/Prints will have an text or email from DHL with pick up info and track id when the order is delivered.
Postcards are sent with traditional mail and will be delivered to your letterbox.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to place an order.
How do I exchange or return a product?
If you want to return your product you can do so within 14 days according to Swedish lay. (The 14 days starts to count the day after you have received your package.) Send an email with your order number and return reason to firstname.lastname@example.org
We can arrange a delivery and send you a shipping label via emailed that you add to your package and leave at your closest DHL service point. Make sure that the print and packaging is in same condition as when you got it.
As soon as we get the product returns to us we will make a refund of your money.
Please note that we have to take out a return fee from the refund, which is based on the shipping cost from your region to our office.
If you want to exchange a product please email your order number and new wish of product to email@example.com
With an exchange you will not pay the return shipping cost but you will have to pay for a new shipping cost.
